This project aims to promote cooperation and the exchange of good practices at European level and take advantage of the EU transparency and recognition tools to increase the training opportunities and employability of professionals working in the field of Social and Community Theatre.

Gols:

- Promover a difusão do Teatro e de outras práticas artísticas comunitárias como um meio eficaz para a inclusão social;
- Reforçar a cooperação e o intercâmbio de boas práticas no campo da educação não formal entre organizações parceiras;
- Desenvolver e validar uma formação dirigida a "facilitadores" (Social Theatre Operator=STO)
- Desencadear o processo de reconhecimento a nível da UE do perfil profissional dos "facilitadores" (STO)
