Open Call: How to Feminize Your City?

When: March 19-20, 2025
Where: Porto, Portugal

TransFemina invites professionals, researchers, activists, and collectives to submit projects and ideas that explore an intersectional and participatory feminist perspective. This international gathering offers two days of workshops, discussions, urban explorations, and networking opportunities with experts and changemakers.

We’re looking for projects that address one or more of these themes:

• Invisible Narratives
• Inequalities in Public Space
• Reinterpreting Cultural Heritage (tangible and intangible)
• The Right to the City

What we expect:
Proposals that actively involve local communities or underrepresented groups in the project’s context. Presentations can take various formats: talks, workshops, performances, or installations.

Who can apply?
Open to participants of all ages, genders, backgrounds, and nationalities.
